Patrick (Paddy) Sexton

Patrick (Paddy) Sexton, St. Patrick’s Tce., Swellan, Cavan. Son of the late Terry Sexton and brother of the late Philip. Thursday February 11th 2021 at Cavan General Hospital. Paddy will be very sadly missed by his heartbroken mother Lily, his brothers and sisters, Anna-Rose, Eddie, Margaret, Sr. Lily, Terry, Luke, Michael, Catherine, Peter, Martina, Carmel and Stephen. Brothers in law, sisters in law, uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, cousins, all his extended family and many, many friends.

In accordance with HSE and Government direction, Paddy’s reposing at the funeral home, Funeral Mass and burial will be private time for immediate family. The funeral cortege will leave the McMahon Funeral Home on Saturday morning and travel via St. Patrick’s Tce., and Wolfe Tone St. arriving at the Cathedral of Ss Patrick & Felim, Cavan for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial will take place in the family plot in St. Brigid’s Cemetery, Killygarry and again will be private to family please. Those who are standing along the route to pay their respects to Paddy please keep your two metres from each other to ensure the safety of everyone.
