The death has occurred of
Patrick (Pat) Breen
Patrick (Pat) Breen, Burnt Oak, London and formerly of Shanacloon, Beaufort, Co. Kerry. Pat passed away peacefully on the 28th December at the Royal Free Hospital. Predeceased by his father Paddy, mother Susie and sister Mary RIP. Forever loved and sadly missed by his family, his wife Eileen, daughters Michelle and Eileen-Ann, son Patrick and son in law Liam. Much loved grandad to Callum,Jack, Scarlett, Bella-Mae and Frankie. Sadly missed by his brothers and sisters, John Paul, Brendan, Margaret, Eileen, Gerard, Bridget Ann and Anthony, sisters in law, brothers in law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Family flowers only, donations, if desired, to the British Heart Foundation.
May his gentle soul rest in peace.

Requiem Mass 16/01/2025 11.30am at The Annunciation Church, Burnt Oak, HA80HQ.
