Patrick (Pat) Byrne

The death has occurred, in his 97th year, of Patrick (Pat) Byrne, Mooremount, Dunleer, peacefully at home, surrounded by his family. Pat, beloved husband of Martie (née Gargan) and loving father of Patrick, Antoinette, Denise and Yvonne. Predeceased by his parents Paddy and Alice, brother Jim and sisters Molly, Teasy, Mona, Josie, Kathleen and Clare. Pat will be sadly missed by his wife, son, daughters, daughter-in-law Eilish, sons-in-law Albert, James and Peter, grandchildren Niamh, Jack, Ciara, Michaela, Roísin, Kelsey, Tori, Tia, Emmet, Sara and Shane, his 3 great-grandchildren, sisters Olive, Vera and Eileen, sister-in-law-Margaret, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May Pat Rest in Peace

Pat will repose at his home (A92 YE82) on Saturday from 2pm until 8pm. Removal on Sunday afternoon to Saint Brigid’s Church, Dunleer arriving for Funeral Mass at 2pm which can be viewed live at https://www.dunleerparish.ie/2015/06/st-brigids-church-tv/. Burial afterwards in Dromin Cemetery. Messages of sympathy may be left in the Condolence section below.
