Patrick (Pat) Conlon
Patrick (Pat) Conlon, Brownstown House, The Rock, Trim, Co. Meath and formerly Clones, Co. Monaghan, 17th August 2025, peacefully at Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown. Predeceased by his parents Owen and Kathleen, brother James, sisters Mary and Elizabeth, and Peter’s mother Maureen Fay. Sadly missed by his son Peter, grandchildren Taylor and Arianna, brothers Peter, Tom, Owen and John, sisters in law Bridie and Mary, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends especially Annette.

Reposing at Heffernans Funeral Home, High Street, Trim, C15 HDT1 on Wednesday from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass on Thursday at 11am in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Dangan, Summerhill, Co. Meath. Burial afterwards in Drummully Graveyard, Drumgramph Road, Newtownbutler, Co. Fermanagh, BT92 8GX (arriving at 2pm approx).
