Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family & in the loving care of Professor Des Murphy & his team at Cork University Hospital. Beloved husband of Olivia (nee Liv Drake) devoted father of Damian & loving son of the late Maurice & Mary Conway Sadly missed & lovingly remembered by his wife, son, his sisters, Mairead & Ann & brother Sean, nephews, nieces, brothers in law, sisters in law, his very good friend Jim O’ Connor, relatives, extended family, neighbours & a wide circle of friends.

May Pat Rest in Peace

Pat will repose at Cahill’s Funeral Home, Newtown Road, Cobh (P24 Y383) on Wednesday, 7th of December, from 4.30 p.m. with rosary at 5.45p.m. Removal on Thursday, December 8th, at 9.30am to St. Colman’s Cathedral for 10am Requiem Mass followed by burial in Old Church Cemetery.
