It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick (Pat) Dillon of Knockanebrack, Galbally, Co. Limerick, who passed away in the excellent care of Marymount University Hospital, Cork on Tuesday, 21st January 2025, surrounded by his loving family. Pre-deceased by his parents Jack & Nellie, sister Mary (Richardson), brother James, brothers-in-law Bob (O’Connor), Tommo (Enright) and Dinny (Richardson).
Beloved husband and lifelong best friend of Brigid (née Callanan) and much loved father of Kevin (Trim), Cathal and Seán. Sadly missed by his loving family, daughters-in-lew Kelsey and Maria, grandchildren Ella, Sadie, Páidí and Jack, sisters Nora (O’Connor, Liscarroll), Chris (Enright, Foynes), brothers Jack and Mike (Galbally), sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces and a large circle of friends.

Lying in repose in our Chapel of Peace, Fraser’s Funeral Home, Galbally (E34 AE22), on Thursday, 23rd January, from 6:00p.m. to 8:00p.m., followed by Evening Prayers. Reception into Church of the Sacred Heart, Lisvernane, on Saturday, 25th January, for Requiem Mass at 12:00 noon, followed by burial in Ballinacourty Cemetery.
Please note: The Requiem Mass has been rescheduled to Saturday, due to the forecasted Storm Éowyn.
