The death has occurred of Patrick (Pat) Downes, Cahermurphy, Kilmihil and late of London, peacefully at home on the 7th May, after a short illness ,surrounded by his loving family.
Predeceased by his parents Ellen and Dan and his sister Margaret.
Sadly missed by his devoted wife Mary (Burns), daughters Claire and Karen, sisters Mary (Boulinameal), Rose (London), Helen (Achill Island), Ann (Kilmihil), Frances (Kilmihil) and Breda (Cree), nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, mother-in-law Chrissie, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, relatives, Karen's partner Adam, neighbours and friends.
Though we need to weep your loss, you dwell in that safe place in our hearts. Where no storm or night of pain can reach you.
Reposing on Tuesday evening May 9th at O'Halloran's Funeral Home, Kilmihil (V15EH58) from 6pm to 8pm.
Funeral Mass in St. Michael's Church, Kilmihil, on Wednesday at 12pm, followed by burial afterwards in Relig Nua Cemetery.
