Patrick (Pat) Ferris, a resident of Middletown, New Jersey, and Meanus, Killorglin, County Kerry, passed away peacefully on December 12, 2024, surrounded by his loving children, PJ and Aileen (Maroney), after a brief illness at Riverview Hospital in Red Bank, New Jersey. He had previously lived in New York and San Francisco, as well as his birthplace of Dungeel, Killorglin, County Kerry.

Pat was predeceased by his cherished wife, Susan (née Roberts), their infant daughter, Christine, and his parents, Eugie and Nora. He is deeply missed by his children PJ and Aileen, daughter-in-law Kara, son-in-law John Maroney, and beloved grandchildren Georgia and Juliette. He is also survived by his sister Eileen Twiss of Callinafercy, brothers John Christy (New York), Gene (County Meath), and James (Dungeel), as well as his sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, numerous cousins in both the USA and Ireland, and a wide circle of friends in County Kerry, New Jersey, New York, San Francisco, and the GAA community.

Friends and family are invited to pay their respects at Wyman-Fisher Funeral Home, located on Franklin Avenue in Pearl River, NY 10965, on Friday, December 20, 2024, from 1 PM to 3 PM and again from 6 PM to 8 PM. A Funeral Mass will be held on December 21, 2024, at St. Aeden's Church in Pearl River at 10 AM, followed by burial at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, NY 10532.

Pat’s memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
