Patrick (Pat) Flinter

The death has occurred of Patrick (Pat) Flinter, The Orchard, Athy, Co. Kildare, in St. Vincent's University Hospital, Dublin, on September 20th, 2021.

Pat's loss is deeply felt by his loving wife Bernadette (Bernie), children Stephen, Barry and Karen, daughters-in-law Brenda and Bridget, adored grandchildren Clara, Adam, Finley, Eliana, Cian and Ross, his brother Dan, sisters-in-law Ann and Joan, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.

Due to government advice regarding public gatherings the capacity of the Church is limited to 50% Those who would have liked to attend, but due to current restrictions cannot, please leave a personal message for Pat’s family in the 'Condolences' section below.

Reposing at Thompson’s Funeral Home, Chapel Hill, Mount Hawkins, Athy, on Wednesday, 22nd September, from 6pm to 8pm. Removal on Thursday, 23rd September, at 10.45am, from Thompson’s Funeral Home, to arrive at St. Michael's Parish Church, Athy, for Requiem Mass at 11am. Pat's Funeral Mass will be live streamed on streamlive.ie.  Burial afterwards in St. Michael’s (New) Cemetery, Athy.

Mourners are respectfully invited to make a small donation to the St. Vincent's Hospital Foundation or the Irish Heart Foundation, in lieu of flowers.
