The death has occurred of
Patrick (Pat) GRACE
In the tender care of the staff of The I.C.U. Unit of Tallaght Hospital. Beloved son of the late Christy and Lena. Sadly missed by his loving brothers John and Christopher, sisters-in-law Gemma and Niamh, aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, grandniece, grandnephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
Reposing at the Mortuary Chapel in Tallaght Hospital. Removal on Wednesday evening at 5 p.m. to arrive at St. Mark's Church, Springfield at 5.30 p.m. Funeral Mass on Thursday at 10 a.m. followed by cremation in Newland's Cross Crematorium.
Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to The I.C.U. Unit, Tallaght Hospital. Donation box in church.
