Patrick (Pat) Grace

Grace, Patrick (Pat) (Old Bawn, Tallaght) 7th August 2021, (peacefully) in the care of Tallaght Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his beloved wife Maureen and his much-loved baby Margaret. He will be very sadly missed by his devoted family, daughters Audrey, Stephanie and Elisa, son-in-law Paddy, Stephanie’s partner Aidan, brother-in-law Frank, sisters-in-law Mary and Sheila, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends – especially his lifelong friend Noel Jones- and neighbours.
