The death has occurred of
Patrick (Pat) Grant
Peacefully at the Elmgreen Nursing Home surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of the late Susan and cherished father of Paul, Susan, Joan, Pat, Karen and the late Eithne. Patrick will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, sister Eithne, brother Liam, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Elmgreen Care Home (D15E403) on Tuesday the 24th between 3pm and 5pm. Removal on Wednesday morning to Saint Canice’s Church, Finglas Village, arriving for 10am Funeral Mass. Thereafter to Glasnevin Cemetery for burial.
