Patrick (Pat) Hannon

Patrick (Pat) Hannon, London, formerly Threen, Castlebaldwin, Co. Sligo on the 9th April 2024, unexpectedly but peacefully after a short illness. Beloved husband of Rita, loving father of Stephen and daughter in law Sharon and adoring grandfather to Serece, Saffron and Sian, loving brother to Louis and Alan. Predeceased by his Parents Stephen and Kathleen and his brothers Tommy and Steve. Sadly missed by his family, nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, relatives, neighbours and his many friends and all those who knew him.

Requiem Mass on the 3rd May 2024, 10am at Our Lady & St Joseph Catholic Church, 52 Uxbridge Road, W7 3SU. The Requiem Mass will be live streamed via Our Lady and St Joseph's Church You Tube channel on: OLSJ Hanwell Church. Patrick will be laid to rest at Westminster Cemetery, Hanwell, a short walking distance from the Church at 38 Uxbridge Road, W7 3PP.
