The death has occurred of Patrick (Pat Joe) Tumulty, Raheenglass, Rath, Birr, Co. Offaly, October 28th, 2023, in his 90th year. Pat Joe passed away peacefully, at The Midlands Regional Hospital, Tullamore, surrounded by his loving wife and family. Predeceased by his infant daughters Antoinette and Lorraine, his parents, sisters; Kathleen Kinsella and Mai Duffy and his brothers Noel and Mick. He will be deeply regretted by his loving wife Mary, daughters Denise Ryan (Cappawhite) and Orla Reilly (Rathcoole), sons-in-law Ailbe and Shay, his adored grandchildren; Shane, Eoghan, Cian, Clodagh, Ava, Ailbhe and Kaitlyn, his brother Jim and sister Margaret, brother-in-law Matt (Spollen), nephews, nieces, extended family, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Boyd’s Funeral Home, Birr, (R42YF75) on Monday evening from 5pm-7pm. Removal on Tuesday morning to arrive at St. John’s Church, Rath, 10.45am for Funeral Mass at 11am, followed by burial in Eglish Cemetery, Fivealley, Birr.
