Pat passed away unexpectedly but peacefully in his sleep at his home in the exceptional care of his loving family. Cherished son of Willie and Ber (nee O’Connor) and dear brother of David. Nephew of the late Edward O’Connor and Patsi O’Sullivan. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his parents, brother, David’s partner Susan, aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, neighbours, carers and friends.

 

Rest in peace.

 

Pat will repose at Ronayne's Funeral Home Fermoy

Wednesday from 6.00.pm. until 7.30.pm.

Reception into the Church of the Nativity, Ballyhooly, Thursday

for 12 noon Requiem Mass

Burial afterwards in the adjoining new cemetery.

 

Willie, Ber and David wish to convey their sincere appreciation and gratitude to Enable Ireland, The Irish Wheelchair Association, Doctors Paddy Burke and Elmarie Parker and Carers who cared for Pat so willingly and affectionally over the years, we also wish to acknowledge the friendship you gave to us Pat’s family, we are deeply indebted to you for your generous and caring support always.
