Patrick (Pat) Lonergan
LONERGAN (Cork) On 15th April 2025, peacefully, after a short illness, in the presence of his loving family and in the tender care of the staff at Marymount University Hospital and Hospice, PATRICK (PAT), Closes Park, Farranree and late of Murphy Aluminium, Wisetek and SVP. Dearly beloved husband of Annette (nee O’Mahony) and much loved father of Eric, Jennifer (Higgins), step-daughter Elaine and devoted granda of Georgia, Lea, Sophie, Alex, Emelia, Cain, Hailey and A.J.
Sadly missed by his loving wife, family, aunty Phil and uncle Jeoff, cousins especially Georgina, daughter-in-law Leonie, son-in-law Gordon, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at Coughlan’s Funeral Home, Shandon Street on Wednesday (16th April) at 11.00am, family in attendance from 4.00pm with Rosary at 5.00pm. Liturgy of the Word on Thursday (17th April) at 10.00am in the Church of the Resurrection, Farranree. Funeral afterwards to St. Senan’s Cemetery, Tower.
