The death has occurred of
Patrick (Pat) Meade
Formerly of Doneraile and Leixlip
Founding member of The Strollers and The Molgoggers
Peacefully surrounded by his loving family and in the loving care of all at Cobh Community Hospital. Beloved husband of Breda, much loved father of Clodagh, Donnacha, Brian and Conor, adored granddad of Gary, Callan, Ben, Max, Rian, Fionn, Zak, Pia, and the late baby Oísin and loved great grandfather of Mila.
Pat will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his family, the Meade and Coakley families, his daughters in law Vanessa, Lousie, Ciara and Nuria, son in law Mark, relatives and a wide circle of friends.

Pat will repose at Cahill’s Funeral Home, Newtown Rd., Cobh P24Y383 on Monday April 21st from 4.30pm to 6pm. Removal on Tuesday April 22nd at 11am to The Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy for 12 noon service
Pat's service will be live-streamed on www.islandcrematorium.ie at 12noon
