Patrick (Pat) MORAN

Patrick (Pat) Moran of Shankill, Co. Dublin and formerly of Castlecomer, Co. Kilkenny, passed away suddenly, but peacefully, on Wednesday, 2nd August, 2023, after a short illness, in the kind and compassionate care of the staff on St. Patrick’s Ward, at St. Vincent’s University Hospital, Dublin. He will be deeply missed by his loving wife Jackie, sons David, Kevin and Robert, daughter Leanne, his adored grandchildren Kayley, Rebecca, Ruby, Kevin Jnr., Danny, Dylan, Kate and Summer, sisters Helen, Margaret and Mary, brothers Paul, Gerard, Denis and Dominic, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at Colliers Funeral Home, Old Connaught Avenue, Bray on Friday (Aug.4) from 4.00pm to 6.00pm, with Prayers at 5.45pm. Removal from his home on Saturday morning at 9.45am, driving to St. Anne’s Church, Shankill arriving for Requiem Mass at 10.00am, followed by cremation at Mount Jerome. For those who are unable to attend, the mass may also be viewed live on the following LINK. In keeping with his personality, Patrick would have wished that all present would wear bright, colourful clothing. No flowers please. Donations, if desired, to St. Vincent’s Hospital Foundation.
