On April 15th, 2026, Pat passed away unexpectedly but peacefully at Tralee General Hospital.

 

Beloved and much-loved son of Eileen (née Leahy) and the late Michael (Mickey) of Dundellerick, Leamlara. Cherished father to Shane Daly and Michael O’Brien, and fondly remembered by their mothers Laura and Eileen.

 

Dear brother of Donal, Tracey, Lorraine, Sharon, Amanda and Michaela.

 

Pat will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his sons and their mothers, his heartbroken mother, his grandson Zach, his brother, sisters and their partners, his dear aunt Ange, uncle Finbarr, and remembering also his late uncle Pierce. Deeply regretted also by his nieces, nephews, grandniece, grandnephews, cousins, extended family, neighbours and friends.

 

May Pat Rest in Peace.

 

Pat will repose in O’Farrell’s Funeral Home, Riverside Way, Midleton, P25 X382, on Monday 20th April from 5:00pm to 6:30pm.

 

Reception into Church of the Most Holy Rosary, Midleton, on Tuesday 21st April, for 11:00am Funeral Mass, followed by burial in Lisgoold Cemetery.
