The death has occurred of
Patrick Skene Catling
War time navigator, journalist, author and critic, Patrick aged 100 years died after a short illness on 9th January in Bantry General Hospital, with Diana Laing, his loving partner of 50 years, by his side.
Patrick is survived by Diana and four children from his two marriages, Sheila, Ellen, Charlotte and Desmond.
A private cremation will take place on Monday 19th January and a Memorial Service is planned for later this year.
