Patsy (Rocky) Smyth

Ladywell Square, Dundalk.

Passed away peacefully after a short illness in the tender care of the staff of The Louth Co. Hospital surrounded by his loving family, Saturday 17th May 2025.

Predeceased by his parents Thomas and Roseanne and brother Thomas.

Beloved husband of Mary (née McArdle).

Loving father of Martin and Maria, adored granddad of his much-loved grandchildren Jamie, Lincoln, Eli, Jaxon and Reuben.

Patsy was dearly loved by all who knew him and will be greatly missed by his wife, son, daughter, son-in-law Andy, daughter-in-law Leon, grandchildren, sister Marie Carragher, sister-in-law Ann, nephews, nieces, extended family relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at Shevlin’s Funeral Home, Barrack Street (A91Y3CX) on Tuesday 20th May from 2pm to 8pm.

Removal on Wednesday at 10.30am driving via his late residence to St. Fursey’s Church, Haggardstown (A91C7F9) arriving for Funeral Mass at 11 o’clock, followed by a private cremation.
