Paul Aungier

Paul Aungier (Knocklyon and late of Sutton) passed peacefully on the 16th of October 2024 in the tender care of Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold's Cross surrounded by his loving wife and children. Adored husband of Orla (née McCarthy), cherished father of Rory, Kate, Leo and Thomas, devoted grandfather of Milo, Alfie, Alex, Willow, Joe and Eli, son of George and the late Vera and beloved brother of Grace, John, Catherine, Louise and the late Mary. Much loved by his stepmother Eithne and aunts Dolores and Marie.

He will be greatly missed by all his family including his mother-in-law Maureen, daughter-in-law Tonia, children's partners Ronan, Gemma and Tara, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law Jean-Paul, Andy, Gar, Jenny, Brenda, Sean and Sadhbh, as well as his nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, wonderful friends, neighbours and colleagues in the entertainment industry.

Reposing at Fanagan’s Funeral Home, Willbrook, Rathfarnham on Sunday afternoon from 3pm until 5pm. Paul’s Funeral will take place on Monday afternoon at 4pm in The Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome Crematorium. Family flowers only please.
