Paul passed away peacefully on Thursday, 5th March 2026, at home, surrounded by the love and devoted care of his loving family. Beloved husband of Frances née English, cherished father of Ashley and Trevor, and much-loved grandfather to Bridie. Dear brother of Sean, Nicholas, Vincent, Philip, Frances, Stella and Una, and predeceased by his sisters Annette and Maura niece Lisa.

He will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by his heartbroken wife, daughter, son, granddaughter, son-in-law Peter, sisters, brothers, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and many friends whose lives were enriched by his kindness, warmth and gentle presence. Remembering also his late niece Lisa.

Reposing at McGeoughs Funeral Home Jocelyn Street, Dundalk A91 XW66 from 2pm until 5pm on Saturday and Sunday. Removal on Monday at 11.30am to St. Mary’s Church, Ravensdale, Co Louth (A91 DW68), arriving for Mass at 12noon. Followed by private cremation.
