Paul Flannery

Flannery, Paul, (Blackrock) - 14th Feb 2020, cherished husband and best friend of Cliona and adored father of Jess and Cohen, passed away peacefully, surrounded by love, on a day so renowned for love, after a courageous 6 year battle with cancer, fought with dignity and bravery under the amazing care of Dr Eibhlin Conneally and the fantastic team in St James' Hospital, and subsequently the lovely people in Blackrock Hospice. 

He will also  be deeply missed by his mother Brenda, father Vyvyan, sister Clodagh, brother Ronan, grandmother Ann, mother in law Nora, father in law John, brother in law Daire, aunts, uncles, relatives, as well as an incredibly supportive bunch of friends and colleagues both here and down under.

Deepest of thanks to everyone for their thoughts, prayers, support and love through what was an incredibly difficult journey for Paul and the entire family.

Reposing at Massey Bros. Funeral Home, 5 Newtown Park (just off Newtownpark Avenue), Monday, 17th February, 6-8pm, family and close friends only. Celebration of his life Tuesday (18th) at Our Lady of Perpetual Succour, Foxrock, at 10.00am, and from there to the Victorian Chapel, Mt Jerome Crematorium at 12.30pm.
