Paul Garvin, Baralthy, Glenamoy, Ballina, Co. Mayo peacefully at his residence on 22nd October 2020. He will be fondly remembered by his loving and devoted family – wife Fionnuala (née Healy) (Behy), sons Tommy (Liverpool), Brendan (Dublin), Paul (Kildare), Johnny (Baralthy, Glenamoy), daughters Caroline Greaney (Barnaderg, Co. Galway), Yvonne Morgan (Scotstown, Co. Monaghan), Andrea Douglas (Ballina) and Christina Connaughton (Galway City), adored grandchildren, brothers Joe (Ballina), Brendan (Ballina), Marian Keogh (Monivea, Co. Galway) and Geraldine Kelly (Athenry, Co. Galway), relatives and many friends.

Funeral courtège will leave the family home on Sunday at 12 noon and travel via Belderrig and Owenerragh, with funeral arriving at Our Lady Star of the Sea Church, Cornboy, for Requiem Mass at 1pm, followed by burial in Kilgalligan Cemetery. 

In keeping with current Government advice and H.S.E. guidelines regarding public gatherings, Paul’s funeral will be private for family only, with twenty-five people or less in attendance for Requiem Mass. The family appreciate your understanding at this difficult time. Live streaming of the Funeral Mass and cemetery service will be available on McDonnell Funeral Directors Facebook page.

 

Memorial Mass for the soul of Paul will be held at a later date. For those who cannot attend due to restrictions, please leave a personal message for the family on the condolences section below.
