Who passed away peacefully on Tuesday 21st January, 2025.
Predeceased by his father Arthur, mother Mary, brothers Johnny and Martin, sisters Mary (Sheil) and Margaret (Lynch).
Paul will be sadly missed by his children Paul, Rebecca, Melissa, Anthony, Shane, Sarah, son-in-law JP, grandchildren Leah, Anna, Chloe, Kanisha, Kailem, Alyssa and Finn, brothers and sister Anthony, Eileen (McGowan), Gerry, Pa and George, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and his many friends.
Paul will lie in Repose in Kilboy’s Funeral Home (H62 KF63) on Thursday 23rd January from 5 – 7pm, followed by removal to St. Brendan’s Cathedral, Loughrea.
Paul’s Requiem Mass will take place in St. Brendan’s Cathedral, Loughrea on Friday 24th January at 12.30pm, followed by burial afterwards in Mount Pleasant Cemetery.

Paul’s family would like to express their sincere thanks to all their extended family, neighbours & friends for all their kindness and support at this very sad time.
Arrangement for Paul’s funeral (on Friday) are dependent on an update from Met Éireann as to the progress of storm Éowyn. We are currently in a red warning until 12 noon on Friday. If there is a change to the funeral time, we will update RIP.ie as soon as further information becomes available to us from Met Éireann.
