Paul Mealy

 

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Paul Mealy on the 14th of March 2026, following a long illness. He fought hard and passed peacefully, surrounded by his loving family.

 

Paul will forever be remembered in the hearts of his loved ones: his wife Aliki, daughter Katya, her partner John, and his grandchildren, Mina and Rowan, whom he adored.

 

Paul was a devoted family man, known for his storytelling, his irreverent wit, his sense of adventure, and his fair-mindedness. His memory will live on in all who knew him.

 

A Celebration of Life service for Paul will take place at Pure Reflections Resomarium, Abbeylands, C15 X9FK, on Friday, March 20th at 1:00 PM. The service can be viewed live via the following link: https://www.purereflections.ie/live-stream, followed by a private resomation.

 

Please feel welcome to join us for the service and/or refreshments afterwards at the N11 in Ashford, Co. Wicklow, from 3:30 PM.
