Paul Moynihan (Moynihan’s Bar, Donard, Co. Wicklow) Past President of the V.F.I. – 11th October 2025 peacefully and bravely after a long illness at St. Vincent’s Private Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Beloved Husband of Anna-Maria and loving Dad of Jack Francis. Predeceased by his parents Kathleen and Frank, his father-in-law John and brother-in-law Joe.

 

Sadly missed by his loving wife, son, sisters Mary and Jennifer, brothers Tadhg and Francis, sisters-in-law Jennifer, Ingrid, Emma and Sinéad, brothers-in-law Shaun and John Patrick, mother-in-law Sally, auntie Lucy, nephews Ciarán, Connor, Ándre and Kosta, niece Sinéad, grandnieces Kathleen and Evelyn, grandnephew A.J. relatives, friends and especially the loyal customers and staff at Moynihan’s Bar.

 

A Heartfelt Thank You to all The Medical Staff who looked after Paul through his illness especially Prof. Mark Doherty and his team at St. Vincent’s Private Hospital.

 

May Paul Rest In Peace.

 

Reposing at his residence (Eircode W91 K6F3) on Tuesday, 14th October from 3pm concluding at 8pm. House private thereafter please.

Funeral arriving to The Church of The Holy Trinity, Donard on Wednesday for 3pm Requiem Mass after which he will be laid to rest in Donard Cemetery.
