Paula Clifford-Scott
(née Eggers)
Paula Clifford-Scott (nee Eggers) of Mystic, Connecticut, formerly Blackrock, Cork, aged 90, passed away surrounded by her family on January 11, 2023.
Paula is survived by her children John, Ron, Mark, Spencer; stepchildren Fiona and Anne Scott and predeceased by her husbands, her son Gordon, and daughter Ruth and granddaughter Juliana, who perished on September 11th 2001 on Flight 175 at the World Trade Center New York.
Paula will be sadly missed by her extended family; Mary Clifford, Brigid Clifford, Lexie Scott, Martina Clifford and Deirdre Carroll; her grandchildren Linda, Jean, Gillian, Peter, Monica, Liam, and Pippa; her 12 great-grandchildren, her many nieces and nephews and her wide and wonderful circle of neighbours and friends.
Paula will be laid to rest in her native Ireland. A memorial service will be held in the future.
