Pauline Fenton (née McCarthy) passed away peacefully at Marymount Hospice, Cork, on Tuesday 3rd January surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife and best friend of the late John and mother of Jill (Gubbins), Imelda (Kiely), John, Mercy (McCarthy), and the late Mark. Sadly missed by her loving family: daughter-in-law Paula, sons-in-law Maurice, Tommy and Don, adored grandchildren Sarah, Eoin, Stephen, Jean, Brian, Conor, Niamh, Fionn and Ellen, sisters-in-law Sheila, Anne and May, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives, neighbours, and friends.

Lying in repose at the home of her son John at Ballinahina, Fermoy (Eircode P61 EE94), on Wednesday, 4th January, and Thursday, 5th January, 5pm to 8pm both days. Reception into St. Patrick’s Church, Fermoy, on Friday, 6th January, for 12pm requiem mass followed by burial afterwards at Old Kilcrumper Cemetery.
