It is with deep sadness that we announce the death of Pauline O’Sullivan, Watergrasshill, Co. Cork, formerly of Blackpool and Kilkenny, who passed away peacefully on Tuesday 14th April 2026 after a short illness, surrounded by her loving family and in the wonderful care of the staff at Cork University Hospital.

Pauline (née Deane) (late of Glen Rovers Camogie Club). Dearly beloved wife of Con. Cherished mother of Norma, Conor, Frank, Paul, Kieran and Marita. Pre-deceased by her sisters and brothers Marie, Noelle, Bernie, Val, Flor and Fin.

Sadly missed by her loving family: grandchildren Eoghan, Kevin, Jane, Eva, Gillian, Estelle, Niamh, Liam, Shane, Donnie, Ellie, Mattie, Aidan, sons-in-law Conleth and Jon, daughters-in-law Angela, Fiona, Olive and Aoife, sisters-in-law Veronica and Mary, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

May Pauline’s Soul Rest in Peace.

Reposing at Keohane’s Funeral Home, Knights Hill, Old Youghal Road, Mayfield, Cork (T23 D778) on Thursday the 16th April from 6-7pm, with prayers at 6.45pm.

Requiem Mass on Friday the 17th April at 11am at the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Watergrasshill (T56 H320), which will be live-streamed at the following link: Click Here

Followed by burial in St. James Cemetery, Chetwynd, Bandon Rd, Cork.

Family flowers only please; donations in Pauline’s memory can be made to Cork University Hospital.
