Purton (née Canavan) Pauline – (Glasnevin and former Principal of Our Lady of Victories Senior Girls School) – March 5th, 2026 – suddenly in the loving care of her family and the staff at the Mater Hospital; beloved wife of the late Louis, loving mother of Anna, Conor, Arthur, Fergus and Louise and cherished nana Pauline to Róisín, Ciarán, Pádraig, Katie, Ben, Lucy, Sam, Tara, Tadhg, Brendan, Joseph and Isaac.

 

Sadly missed by her loving family, sons-in-law Brian and Peter, daughters-in-law Rachel and Maria, brother Liam, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.

 

Pauline will be reposing at the Fanagan Kirwan Funeral Home, Fairview Strand on Wednesday (March 11th) from 4pm to 6pm, with family in attendance.

 

Removal to the Church of Our Lady of Victories, Ballymun Road on Thursday (March 12th) for 10am Requiem Mass, followed by Cremation at Glasnevin Crematorium.

 

Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if desired to the Mater Hospital Foundation.
