Unexpectedly, following an accident in his home in France.
Predeceased by his wife Lydia (Clarke).
He will be sadly missed by his sons Karl and Max, daughter-in-law Emma, grandchildren Ralph, Tristan and Rowan, siblings Jacinta, Orlagh, Justin, Eoin, John and Declan, extended family and friends.
