Peggie McKeon

McKeon, Margaret (Peggie), (née Shannon) -14th December 2025, (Artane and formerly of Boyle, Co Roscommon), (Peacefully), surrounded by her loving family and in the wonderful care of staff at Raheny Community Nursing Unit (RCNU). Loving mother of Anne and Brian. Predeceased by her husband Loughlin, sister Annie, brothers Paddy and Jim. Peggie will be very sadly missed by her daughter, son, son-in-law TP, grandchildren Adrian and his wife Fiona, Fergus and his wife Amie, great-grandson Iarla, sister-in-law Kitty, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.

The family would like to say a special thank you to the staff at Raheny Community Nursing Unit (RCNU) particularly those attached to the Clover Ward for their wonderful care and kindness shown to Peggie.

"May her gentle soul rest in peace."

Family flowers only donations to Beaumont Hospital Foundation for the RCNU.

Reposing at Residence, on Thursday afternoon 18th December from 4pm to 8pm. Removal on Friday morning to the Church of Our Lady of Mercy, Artane arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am followed by Burial in Fingal cemetery.
