The death has occurred of
Peggy Brosnan
(née Pigott)
Ballybrack, Ballyhar, Killarney and formerly of Rockfield, Tralee Road, Killarney.
Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family in the care of the wonderful staff of the Palliative Care Unit, University Hospital Kerry, on the 17th of April 2025.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Tom.
Beloved and cherished mother of John, Tony, Tommy, Louis, Vincent, Mary, Geraldine and Marguerite.
Sadly missed by her loving family – her sons, daughters, grandchildren Seán, Kerri, Finbarr, Fiona, Jack, Liam, Darragh, Robert, Katie, Aaron and Conor, her five great grandchildren, daughters in law Josephine and Maria. Louis's partner Evelyn, Vincent's partner Louise and Marguerite's partner Pat, brothers Michael, Willie and David, brother-in-law Mike [Brosnan], sisters-in-law Breda, Mai, Nora, Lily and Kathleen, nephews, nieces, grand-nephews, grand-nieces, fantastic neighbours and wide circle of friends.
Remembering also her siblings that have predeceased her - her brothers Johnny, Tom and Timmy, her sisters Hannah, Mary, Nora and Sheila.
May Her Gentle Soul Rest in Peace.
Reposing at Eamon O’Connor’s Funeral Home, Firies on Sunday evening from 5.00 to 7.00PM. Funeral cortège for Peggy Brosnan [née Piggott] will arrive to the Sacred Heart Church, Ballyhar on Monday morning at 10.50AM for Requiem Mass at 11.00AM. Burial will take place afterwards in New Aglish Cemetery.
