The death has occurred of Peggy Henry (née Gallagher), The Fairgreen, Gurteen, Co. Sligo. Peacefully, at home, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husband Justin, her son Alan and her brother Pat Gallagher. Sadly missed by her sons Garrett, Barry, Shane and Justin, grandaughters Saoirse and Lily, sisters Bridget McDermott (Kilkelly) and Lily Layden (Dublin), sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Peggy will repose at her residence on Sunday from 4pm to 7pm. House private at all other times. Peggy's funeral cortège will leave her home on Monday at 11.45am, arriving at St. Patrick's Church, Gurteen, at 12pm for Funeral Mass with burial afterwards in Gurteen Cemetery. Family flowers only, please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to the North West Hospice c/o Des Rogers & Sons Funeral Directors.
In line with continuing guidelines and restrictions on gatherings, Peggy's Funeral Mass will be for family only.
