The death has taken place of Peggy McCarthy, peacefully at her home on Monday 26th July.

Greatly missed by her loving husband Christy, children David, Jackie, Christopher & Enda, their wives & partners Gail, Barbara, James & Rosie, her mother-in-law Margaret McCarthy, sisters and brothers - Frank, Pauline, Gerard, Michael, Angela & Irene and brothers & sisters in-law.

Her Granddaughter-in-law Niamh, grandchildren Daniel, Jack, Eoin, Conor, Sophie, Calum, Victoria, Charlie & Fionn and great grandchildren Harry, Max & Freya all miss their Nana.

She also will be missed by her many Nieces and Nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews as well as a large circle of relatives and friends 

Peggy is pre-deceased by her brother Cyril and her sisters Phil & Betty

She will be removed from her home at Ballymaclune, Quin for funeral mass at St. Mary’s Church, Quin on Wednesday at 11am with burial immediately afterwards in Kildrum Cemetery.

The family has requested House Private on Wednesday morning prior to mass. 

God has you in his keeping, we have you in our hearts until we meet again.
