The death has taken place of Peggy Murphy (née O'Keeffe), Collins Place, Mallow and formerly of Newquarter, Gneeveguilla, Co. Kerry, who passed away peacefully on June 3rd 2024 at her home, surrounded by her loving family, beloved wife of the late Donie, dear mother of Antoinette (Hartnett), Mary, Liz (Roche), Helen (O'Donoghue), Don and the late Patrick, mother-in-law of the late Tony Hartnett, Peggy's late twin Donal and Peggy's late sister Mary Gibney (Cavan).
Sadly missed by her loving family, sisters Kate (Wilson), Bríd (McAuliffe) and Eileen (Munson), brothers Tom (Australia) and Jack (Birmingham), sons-in-law Dave and Brendan, daughter-in-law Amanda, Mary's partner Jeff, grandchildren David, Emma, Colm, Clíodhna, Jennifer, Aoibheann, Eoghan, Padraig, Cathal, Orlaith, Brendan and Ben, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Lying in repose at O'Connell's Funeral Home, St. James' Avenue, Mallow (P51 HH61) on Wednesday (June 5th) from 5.30pm to 7pm followed by Removal to the Church of the Resurrection, Mallow.
Requiem Mass on Thursday (June 6th) at 2pm which may be viewed on Cork Live Stream Funerals.
Funeral afterwards to St. Gobnait's Cemetery, Mallow.
