Peacefully, in her 103rd year surrounded by her loving family at St. Anthony’s Nursing Home, Pallasgreen, Co. Limerick on Saturday 10th January 2026.
Beloved wife of the late Mick and mother of her late dearest daughter Theo.
Pre-deceased by her parents Patrick and Margaret, brothers Mick-Joe and Tom, sisters in law Nancy and Kathleen Carberry, Mary Power, and Cathy Moloney, brothers in law Pakie, Eddie and Anthony Ryan.
Sadly missed by her daughter Mairéad, sons Gerard, Paudie and Mike, daughters in law Mary, Mary and Helen, her sister Marie O Donnell and Marie’s husband John, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and wider Comhaltas friends and musicians.
Rest in Peace
Reposing at Meehan’s Funeral Home, Cappamore on Tuesday evening 13th January from 6pm to 8pm. Requiem mass on Wednesday 14th January at 11:30am in the Holy Rosary Church, Murroe, for her musical celebration with burial afterwards in Doon Cemetery. Mass will be streamed here.
