Penelope (Nappie) Vahey
(née Slattery)
Penelope (better known as Nappie), nee Slattery, Carravilla, Hollymount, Co. Mayo. Peacefully, at her residence, 2nd Dec. 2022. Predeceased by her husband Francis, sister Mary Delia Lyons, brothers John and Paddy (Infant). Sadly missed by her loving family sons Tommie and Frank, daughters Maureen (O Connor), Helena (Farrell), Rita (Flynn), brother Mike (Ballindine), Sister Sr. Jan (Australia), sister in law Nora Ruane (Belmont), sons in law P.J. Pat and John, Grandchildren Gerard, Kieran, Thomas, Brendan, Alan, Joseph, Bryan, Jayne, Eoin and Amy.
Reposing at Roundfort Community Funeral Home F12YV70 on Sunday evening from 5pm with removal at 7pm to her home. Removal from her home on Monday to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Roundfort, for Requiem Mass at 12 noon, with the funeral proceeding to Roundfort Cemetery.
