Peter McStay

Peter McStay , Crott , Moyne , Co.Longford and formerly of Crossdoney , Co.Cavan , 7th April 2025 , peacefully surrounded by his family in his 90th year.

Pre-deceased by his loving wife Mary Ellen . Peter will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his family , daughters Mary Kelly (Drumlish) , Belinda Gallagher (Keadue) and Noeleen Shekleton (Moyne) , sons Brendan (Crott) and Colm (New York) , daughters-in-law Veronica and Tracey , sons-in-law Pauric , Gabriel and Martin , grandchildren Kieran , Martin , Conor , Niall , Evan , Ronan , Ciara , Lauren , Aoife , Aine , Ryan , Ella , MJ , Jodi and Peter , great-grandchild Daisy , Kieran’s partner Sophie , relatives , neighbours and friends.

May he rest in peace.

Reposing at Glennon’s Funeral Home , Ballinalee Road (N39 EC81) on Friday 11th April from 4.30pm concluding with prayers at 6.00pm . Removal to arrive at St.Francis Xavier , Church Moyne (via Crott) for prayers at 8.00pm . Mass of the Resurrection on Saturday 12th April at 11.00am , interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
