Peter Mulhern (Bishop Birch Place, Kilkenny City and formerly of Ballsbridge, Dublin 4) died peacefully on Thursday 26th October 2023, in University Hospital Waterford, following a long illness, bravely fought in St. Luke’s Hospital Kilkenny. Predeceased by his parents, brothers and recently deceased son John. Peter will be deeply missed by his loving and caring family, his wife Maureen, sons Eddie, Jeff and Bryan, daughters Amanda, Marie and Lisa, sons-in-law P.J. and Sean, daughter-in-law Aine, his sister Mary, sisters-in-law Eimear and Zita, grandchildren Joey and Dylan, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Peter will be reposing in Shasby’s Funeral Home, Kilkenny City (R95 FH1F), on Sunday, 29th October, from 5pm to 7pm with rosary and vigil prayers at 6pm. Requiem Mass will be celebrated in St. John’s Church, Kilkenny City, on Monday (30th) at 10.30am followed by cremation at 3.15pm in The Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold's Cross Road, Dublin.
