Surrounded by his loving family, while in their tender care, at his home. Beloved husband of the late Noeline for over 60 years and loving father of Caroline, Ian, Helen, Clodagh, Peter and Joanne. Son of the late James and Annie, predeceased by his brothers John and Packie and his sisters Teresa, Evelyn, Ann, Bridget, Margaret and Ellie. Peter will be sadly missed by his loving sisters Marcella and Emily, sister-in-law and brother-in-law. A wonderful Grandad, affectionately known as Grandy, greatly missed by his deeply adored eighteen grandchildren, great grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandsons-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and a wide circle of friends.
He will be sadly missed by all those who knew him from Guinness’, where he worked for over 35 years, and by all that knew him from his long and devoted work to the Parish of Kilmacud. He was always generous with his time to family and friends and loved his life and all those in it. A true gentleman, we will be fortunate to see his kind again.
Peter will repose at his home (private - family only). Removal from his residence on Friday, 31st March, to The Church of St. Laurence O’Toole, Kilmacud, for Mass at 10am followed by burial at Kilmashogue Cemetery.
