Peter (Peadar) McConnell

Peter (Peadar) McConnell, Goatstown, Co. Dublin, passed away peacefully on the 25th March, 2025, after a courageous battle, in the wonderful care of the Beacon Hospital surrounded by his loving and devoted family.

 

He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Nancy (née Haskins), his children Fiona, Gerard, Helen, Tom, Niall and Sinead. He will be dearly missed and forever remembered by his adored grandchildren, Will, Sam, Marianne, Sarah, Rachel, Jack, Jamie, Dan, Kate, Lucy, Danielle, Lauren, Tom, Will, Megan, Charlotte and Chloe. Sons-in-law Will, Paul and Ian and daughters-in-law, Angela, Helen and Sharon. Deeply regretted by his sister Evelyn, brother Gus, sister-in-law Margaret, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and many friends.

 

Reposing in Massey Bros. Funeral Home, Goatstown, D14 X348 on Friday the 28th March from 5pm - 7pm. Peter’s Funeral Mass will be held in Holy Cross Church, Dundrum on Saturday the 29th March at 10am followed by burial in Kilmashogue Cemetery.
