Peter (Pete) Reilly

It is with deep sadness that we announce the death of Peter (Pete) Reilly Newcastle, Oldcastle, Co. Meath. Peter died on the 23rd of March 2025 peacefully at Cavan General Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Peter will be sadly missed by his loving family, devoted wife Christine, sister Rose, sons Alan, David, Thomas, Des, Philip, daughters Dian, Ann and Carmel, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, sons- in-law, daughters-in-law, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Peter will be reposing in Gibneys Funeral Home on Tuesday evening from 4:00pm – 7:00pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday morning at 11:00am in St. Brigid’s Church, Oldcastle with burial afterwards in local cemetery.
