Peter Walsh

Peter Walsh, Bunnatubber, Corrandulla, Co. Galway and formerly of Ballina, Co. Mayo, 18th January 2026. Peter passed away peacefully at University Hospital Galway surrounded by his loving family, in the wonderful care of all the doctors and nurses. Pre-deceased by his infant son Mark, brothers Willie, Colm and Fergal and his sisters Maeve and Lottie.

Sadly missed by his loving wife Bernie, sons David, Raymond and Damian, daughters Marie and Martina, daughters-in-law Emma and Rayleen and son-in-law Shane. Proud grandfather to Noah and Amelia. He is survived by his brothers Brendan and David, sisters Carmel and Ena, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Corrandulla Mortuary Chapel (H91 HN83) on Wednesday evening January 21st from 5pm with removal at 7pm to the adjoining Church. Funeral Mass for Peter will take place on Thursday January 22nd at 11am in St. Brendan’s Church, Corrandulla (H91 HN83). Burial afterwards in Cregg Cemetery (H91EK7R). Mass can be viewed live on www.churchtv.ie/corrandulla and broadcast on parish radio at 106.6fm.
