The death has occurred of Mrs. Pheobie Smyth (née Stewart), Graigue Lower, Killenaule, Co Tipperary (and formerly of Mohill, Co Leitrim) on Saturday 21st September 2024. Pre-deceased by her husband Robert (Bobby), sister Jenny, brother George and grandson John. She will be greatly missed by her daughter Ruby, sons Robert, Raymond, Mervyn, Brendan and Geoffrey. She will also be greatly missed by her grandchildren, son and daughters-in-law, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, neighbours, relatives and friends.

Pheobie is reposing at McCarthy's Funeral Home, Fethard, from 5.30pm to 7.30pm on Tuesday 24th September. Pheobie's Funeral Service will take place in St Mary's Church of Ireland, Littleton, on Wednesday 25th September at 11.00am with burial afterwards in the Old Graveyard, River Street, Killenaule.
