Phil FITZPATRICK
FITZPATRICK, Phil (Swords and formerly of Shankill) - Aug. 23, 2016 (peacefully), at St. Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown; sadly missed by his loving wife Kate, children Emma, Mark, Barry, Kim, Aideen, Ellie and Sean, parents Jack and Ethna, brothers Jimmy and Noel, sister Paula, son-in-law Johnny, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
Rest In Peace.
Reposing at Rock's Funeral Home, Swords on Thursday evening from 4 o'clock to 6 o'clock. Removal on Friday morning to St. Cronan's Church, Brackenstown arriving for 10 o'clock Mass, followed by Funeral to Glasnevin Crematorium. No flowers please. Donations, if desired, to St. Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown. By Philip's request if everyone could wear colourful clothing.
