The death has occurred of
Phil O'Hagan
(née Gibbons)
Peacefully in the company of her loving family while in the tender care of the doctors and nurses at St. James’s Hospital. Predeceased by her loving husband Pat and her beloved son Gavin. Sadly missed and deeply regretted by her children, Ruth, Conor and Rachel, daughter-in-law Zieta, Conor’s partner Siobhán, her treasured grandchildren Patrick, Isaac and Livvy, brother Toss, close friend Kitty, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.
May her Gentle Soul Rest in Peace.
Phil will repose at Fanagans Funeral Home, Dundrum D14 F3X2 on Thursday, 20th April, from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass will take place in the Church of the Good Shepherd, Churchtown on Friday, 21st April, at 10am followed by burial at Mount Venus Cemetery.
