The death has occurred of Phil O'Sullivan (nee Phelan), Cappa, Kilrush, Co. Clare, who passed away peacefully on All Souls' Day at her Home in the loving company of all her family.

Deeply regretted by her beloved husband Donal J, her devoted children, Donal, Clare, Paul, Christine, Jane and Kieran, her cherished grandchildren Darragh, Sean, Thomas, Ethel, John, Paul, Robert, Cara, Tadhg, Aobhinn and May, brother Jerome and sister Monica, sons-in-law Peter, Robert and Marcus, daughters-in-law Aine and Frances, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends and pre-deceased by her precious grandaughter Aisling.

Reposing at St. Senan's Church, Kilrush on Saturday (4th November) from 3pm with Prayers at 5.30pm. Requiem Mass on Sunday at 12 o'clock. Burial afterwards in Old Shanakyle Cemetery. Mass can be viewed live on kilrushparish.com. House for family and friends.
